Marbleseed is a regional 501(c)3 non-profit committed to educating, inspiring, empowering, and supporting farmers in their transition towards sustainable, organic farming systems that are ecologically sound, economically viable, and socially just.

FOUNDED IN: 1995

GEOGRAPHIC REACH: Regional

FARMER ADVANCEMENT PROGRAM: The Farmer Advancement Program expands the reach of training for beginning organic farmers throughout the Midwest and provides educational programming for the 5 to 10-year farmer. This program builds on existing resources offered by Marbleseed and encourages participation in conferences, mentorship programs, and regional trainings. Allowing experienced farmers to share lessons learned with new farmers continues to build the network and farming communities.
