'Corelli™ II Pink' Lisanthus Variety

Here is 'Corelli™ II Pink'. This is a Group 2 variety. As part of the Corelli™ Series, some of the characteristics of this series and this variety are the double blooms with multiple petal layers, and then also a light fringe or frill around the edges of these blooms, which gives a little bit of a romantic look to the flowers.

The color is a cool blush pink. The color is fairly uniform or consistent across the blooms, with not a lot of shading or differences in color here. One thing that is also worth noting on this variety is that the centers are green. Maybe a little bit of maroon on some of them, but more distinctly green centers. This is one of the things that differentiates this variety from Corelli™ Light Pink.

I have some examples here to show that difference a little more clearly. Here is 'Corelli™ III Light Pink', and this is a very soft, almost champagne pink. These blooms have a dark purple or maroon center to them. Whereas the 'Corelli™ II Pink' is a little bit more of a stronger pink color, although it still easily falls under the category of blush or light pink. These blooms have more of a green center to them as well. And both varieties have that kind of lightly fringed, ruffled look that are characteristic of the Corelli™ Series.

One more color comparison, this is 'Voyage 2 Pink Improved' here on my right. You can see, although there are some kind of similarities in shading, the Voyage Series has a little bit more rose or darker pink tones coming into these blooms, and it also has a dark purple center.
