'Small-Leaved Gum' Eucalyptus Variety

This variety is called 'Small-Leaved Gum' or Eucalyptus parvula. This variety is characterized by more of a shrub like habit, so it's a little bit shorter, with a more compact plant habit and is a little bit slower growing. It takes a little bit of time to size up. But some of the plants can get upwards of 36 inches tall.

Some of the other nice things about this variety are the high degree of uniformity with the leaf shape and the stems; the dark green leaf color; and the red stems that make a really nice visual contrast. The nice kind of branching habit of these stems can fill out a mixed bouquet or a bunch really nicely. It is also suitable for smaller-scale design work.
