Hearty, juicy leaves like an iceberg, but with better flavor and a pleasingly frilly, lollo-like margin. The tasty leaves are uniform and numerous making them easy to process. Great for burgers, sandwiches, and salads. NOTE: Days to maturity will vary depending on your target weight and growing practices, but you can expect a range of 35–45 days for hydroponically grown, full-size heads. MT0-30.
