OVERVIEW: In this presentation, we celebrate the cabbage! To start, Product Manager Steve Bellavia will explore the many types: red, green, savoy, pointed, flat-headed, and round-headed. He'll cover which cabbages are suited for fresh market use and storage or processing and types best suited for salads or slaws, cooking, and kraut. Finally, Steve will share spacing tips within and between rows to control head size.
This presentation will run approximately 45 minutes, followed by a short Q&A session.
