Saponaria
With its delicate blooms and strong stems, annual Saponaria (Gypsophila vaccaria) makes an excellent cut-flower filler. Saponaria is easy to grow, but performs best with cool summers. Sow every 2–3 weeks until midsummer for continuous blooms from July through August.
